Referral Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Proterior Referral Program ("Program") offered by Proterior, a garden design and landscaping company based in Kingswinford ("Proterior," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1 To be eligible for the Program, you must be a current or former Proterior customer ("Referrer") who has previously engaged in a Proterior project.

1.2 The referred party ("Referee") must be a new customer to Proterior, meaning they have not previously engaged in a Proterior project.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1 When a Referrer successfully refers a Referee who books a Proterior project worth over £5000, both the Referrer and the Referee are eligible for rewards:

The Referee will receive £100 in cash.
The Referrer will receive a £100 discount off their final bill with Proterior.

2.2 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2.3 There is no limit to the number of Referees a Referrer can refer, and thus, no limit to the potential rewards a Referrer can earn.

3. Referral Process

3.1 To participate in the Program, the Referrer must:

a. Share their completed referral card provided by Proterior with potential Referees.

b. Ensure that the Referee uses the referral card during the project booking process.

3.2 The referral card must be used at the time of booking; referrals cannot be added retroactively.

3.3 Proterior reserves the right to determine the validity of referrals and may, at its discretion, disqualify any referrals that do not comply with these Terms or appear to be fraudulent.

4. Reward Distribution

4.1 Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the Referee's project booking, provided that the project's total value exceeds £5000.

4.2 Cash rewards will be paid via bank transfer which will be specified by the Referrer.

4.3 Discount rewards for the Referee will be applied to their final bill.

5. Program Changes and Termination

5.1 Proterior reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

5.2 In the event of Program termination, any outstanding rewards will be honored under these Terms, provided the referrals meet all eligibility criteria.

6. Privacy

6.1 Proterior will collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Proterior website.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Proterior regarding the Program and supersede any prior understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
